Congrats...as you can see by my signature we have a 2010 XRS. Just got back from a 50 mile ride just for fun. Cruising along, listening to XM RADIO....

Nice to have a positive post amid all this doom and gloom over Toyota. Thanks for a breath of fresh air.

i too like my 10 XRS. it will be even better with some new shoes & feet, and new shocks/springs/swaybar.

the only issue i have now is a stupid/annoying faint bee buzz coming from behind the seat belt adjustment in the driver side door jamb. seems to not be wind related, seems to be from vibration. anyone have these, know how to get rid of it?


as for the the silly pedal recall, who cares, 12 in about 3+ million have been documented as "did not return as normal". its a non-issue for me.... maybe if Toyota drops some prices and throws in some incentives, i'll buy another car because i like Toyota vehicles

The XRS in Mexico is a little different then the USA
All Corolla XRS's in Mexico includes the following addons
-Advanced alarm system
-6CD 6 Speaker Audio System
-Toyota Floor mats (including trunk)
-Door Still enhancements (dunno if its stock on the XRS)
-Emergency Assistance Kit (dunno if its stock on the XRS)
Doesnt include
-XM radio (although it is capable and finding the cost tomorrow)
-No Aileron
Only 16" Rims
$248,000 Pesos + Aileron ($5500.00 Pesos) = $20,280.00 USD (All car dealerships in Mexico have fixed prices and there is 0 negotiation)



That aileron was not included with the XRS car it cost an additional $5,500 Pesos ($440.00 USD).


Plan on a 25% tint soon, can't yet as I don't have license plates and to get them here a person here at what is the equivalent of the DMV looks at your car and makes sure its legal and will notice I would have darker then legal.

The alarm, floor mats, and emergency kit are PIOs or accessory options; the door sill enhancements are standard.

Aileron is spoiler I assume?
