Good install price???
So I asked my mechanic friend how much to install a rear sway bar and front strut brace. I told him it's all bolt-on peices. He told me $50 each. Good price or not?

Do it yourself. You save your money and learn a bit about your car.

if you have a basic tool set you should have everything you need to install the strut bar.
as for the rear sway bar, i'd only consider doing it if you had the proper support, ie. a good floor jack and jackstands.
what part of maryland you in? if you had someplace dry and indoors to do it in, i'd probably do it for like a cookie or a strut bar
or something.

If they're bolt-on I think they're fairly to install.
