09 LE Satalite options?

I was wondering what would be a fair price for a stock Toyota XM unit I just got the base deck that comes with the LE.. Any part #'s etc.
Any good sites I could use to shop for something like this, I searched ebay and found
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/09-10...elliteQ5fRadio
I'm not sure if this is even the right one?

If anyone has any opinions when it comes to if it would be better to get xm or sirius.

If not the factory unit what would be a good unit to get that would fit the factory space and not look junky. DVD isn't anything that is really important to me.

I know that our cars have the built in stuff for xm already and that there are adapters for sirius I got that much through thread searching but I don't really understand how you would set it up.

Is a factory xm deck the only way your going to get a clean looking installation without having to add anything else onto the top of my car to receive the signal?

I'm also trying not to void my warranty either because I got the 6 yr 100k.

Please excuse my grammar and thanks for taking the time to read my post. I'm new here, i've been snooping through the posts for a few months since I traded my 03 cobra for the corolla. (I got a 7 month old son now needed something more practical) I couldn't be more pleased with my car, I love it!

The only thing I really regret is not getting a model with stability control because a few days before Christmas it was raining and heavvvy winds and my car was blowing around like paper. Had to drive really slow and traffic was getting a little ticked off.. I just got the 15 inch wheels w/hubcaps I was thinking maybe a bigger tire/wheelsize will fix that problem. Does anyone know if the factory stability control system can be installed by the service department or do they even offer that?

Thanks, Cole
