On firmware flashes for the ecu is there a separate flash for each problem like the oil consumption flash and the faulty pedal flash.

Or is there just updates like version 1.0 & version 1.1 & version 1.2 Ect...

Meaning lets say the oil consumption flash was v1.0 and the faulty pedal was v1.2

If I got the v1.2 flash is that covering the oil consumption problem as well?

Or is it different flashes for different problems?

I don't think Toyota's doing a flash on ours as part of the pedal recall. Not yet, at least.

If I had to guess they use different versions, the newest including all past updates.

However, it may be best to get one of the Toyota techs in here that ACTUALLY know what they're talking about. =P
