Auto Lock

I was going through the manual and I read that we can activate our power door locks to automatically lock when you hit a certain speed. Does this work for a manual as well? My '03 Jetta did it so I would think it would but I couldn't get it to work following the directions.

i just did it to my car today. i drive a manual

its pretty neat and new for me. i dont know if i like it yet or not...

but just to be clear, to undo the auto lock i just follow the same steps on the first post, but i press the 'unlock' button instead, right?
