ive always wanted to hear what our cars would sound like with a resonator delete rather than getting a whole new exhaust system. its 50/50 on most cars. some sound good without it and some sound terrible without it.

i havent been able to find anything on it, unless im just not looking hard enough.

has anyone on here done it? or know of a video?

Haha I posted a thread about this back in the day. After hearing some youtube vids of resonator deletes on other cars, I wouldn't recommend it if you're going for an exhaust system later down the line. It'll sound super ricer. Just get an axle back system and I bet you'll be way happier.

haha yeah im not planning on doing an exhaust system on it. if anything ill do a trd exhaust. i just dont want rice on my car. i was just curious on how the res delete would sound.

i havent found anything on the res delete on 10th gens as far as the sound. do you have a link?

Yeah I see how you feel. There's many exhaust options without settling w/ a fat cylindrical muffler. I have a universal muffler with a tip and it sounds great, I'll probably make a new video soon seeing as to how the exhaust has broken in a lot more. My setup only cost me $200 (axle-back since I stayed w/ the same piping diameter). I should probably have it up tomorrow.

yeah man send me a link when its up. if i find a nice non rice exhaust setup i might consider it. even tho stock has a nice rasp to it

Well like 3 of us have a setup like this, one of them is on a 2.4L xrs, and 2 are on the S (me and thestone11)
