removing headlamps question

Do you need to remove the front bumper to pull the headlights out of the car? I was considering sending in my head lamps for a HID converstion and was wondering if this would be a nessaray step to take.

you DO NOT need to swap your headlamps for HID conversions. i believe all you need are harnesses and you are set

I know if your just putting in the HID bulbs inside the stock houseing your fine. I was just trying to judge how much work was involved in sending out the headlights I'm guessing the entire bumber would need to be taken off.

I think what he wants is a retrofit HID....not just a plug and play~!
