Any suggestions on the car?

Hi guys, I was debating whether I should put this under "Post your pics..." or just make a new thread, and I just decided to do it here HAHA. I am a newbie here and hope to learn some new stuff on how to "improve" my car... I have new 2010 Corolla S...

As you can see, I painted the stock rim, and I think I did an alright job...

I might add one of those Magnaflow mufflers and...maybe lower the car a little bit... I'm not sure..

If you have ANY SUGGESTIONS, PLEASE let me know!!!

Thank you for looking!

It depends on what mods you want to achieve first for your car. If you want to do interior, exterior (aesthetics), or performance part of the car. But seeing that you painted the stock rims first, I guess you want to go for the outside appearance of the car. If that's the case, first option would be lowering the car in your own liking or taste for the drop.

i myself would have liked flat-black or a low luster anthracite for rims. as for magnaflow, just keep it oem and quiet. lowering will look nice.

For exterior look: lowering springs, nokya hyper yellow fog, LED tail light, tinted headlight/taillight, roof spoiler!

For interior look: Shift Knob, TWM Short shifter, various LED Lights, LCD headunit.

For performance: custom magnaflow setup, twm short shifter, air intake (weapon r, fujita, k&n...etc), TRD front strut brace, rear sway bar and ultra racing suspension porducts!

Black wheels look good.

If you do a search and read the aftermarket parts threads at the top of the forum, you'll find answers to almost all your questions related to what's out there and what you can do.

to TN & congrats on your new Corolla purchase. The wheels look good since you like black. I don't like black wheels as they just tend to blend in with the tire & IMO you loose the distinction between the tire & wheel. It looks like you did a good job though.

i say do something with the headlights. i personally dont like the yellow fog idea. i think way too many people have them and its getting kind of old. not saying they look bad, but i kinda get the ricey vibe from it depending on how the car is modified. i say if anything get HID's and if you wanted to do something with the fogs, get HID's for those as well.

love the rims tho they look really nice. i was actually thinking about painting mine black or gunmetal.

looks good, lower it, and the magnaflow isn't too loud as long as you keep the OEM resonator in there.

I would lightly smoke the tail lights as well.
