I'd shoot myself if I have to do a course just to do oil changes.
Sadly I don't have "handy" relatives or friends. Some of them can't even change their air filters (they are still driving w/ factory filter after >50k miles

). I can find most DIY things online like brake replacement, Wheel alignment, suspension etc., but I still have to know the terminology, techniques and what sort of tools to buy. i mean how many and what kind of tools and how to
properly use them without breaking my cars and my body. I have basic mechanic's tool set and I've used it many times on my junk 1991 Camry and vintage Vespa.
Edit: To the OP, did you call up the service manager yet?
