Picking up a 2010 S

Well I just pulled the trigger on a lease for a 2010 Corolla S for my finace. She's very excited about it and I am too as it seems like a great car. She's coming from a 06 Kia Rio 5 and I couldn't be happier to get her into a better car for less money!

Is there anything I should be looking for in terms of recall fixes, potential problem areas, etc?

Congrats on your new Corolla S & to TN!

When you picked up your Corolla any recalls will have already been done on it, but many 2010 models on the lot now have had things corrected on the production line. I hope you enjoy yours like I love my 09 Corolla S. In fact, if you like you S half as much as I love my S, than I'll like my S twice as much as you like your S!

We ended up getting her a Black S. Its a nice little car and I feel, a better bang for the buck compared to the Civic. Although I haven't been allowed to drive it yet!

My only complaint thus far is some scratches in it, (I'm a very picky car owner, especially black cars) and they didn't give us any floor mats due to the recall. I'm going to make them give me something as its listed on the options so I feel like I am owed it since we paid for it!

We got the S from Gates Toyota in South Bend, IN! I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone! As for Landon and let them know Ryan sent ya!

Black is a hard color to keep looking good & clean! I don't understand the floor mat deal, my 09 S came with the all weather mats that are hooked in & don't in any way come close to the gas pedal.
