Hey guys i just installed my Tein S Techs today! I don't have pictures because its already dark here so i will take some tomorrow and post them. But i have a question. I was driving around and im hearing this clanking noise while driving and its coming from the suspension is that because there breaking in? I installed em correctly. I put em in exactly as the Stock ones where. Has anyone heard that noise? Is It because i need an alignment? Because the alignment is off my steering wheel has shifted and now to get the car going straight the steering wheel is like at a 35 degree angel to the left.

Ok so i was reading some forums and people where having the same problems. It turns out i must have installed the 3 bolts from the top mount strut wrong. Whats the order that they go in?

I'll bet that you just didn't tighten a bolt or nut all the way. Recheck the 3 bolts on top of the strut & also the one that connects the sway bar to the strut if the noise is from the front.

Yeah It is coming from the front. Thanks supercharged! i'll do that first thing in the morning tomorrow.
You're & I'll bet that it's the bolt from the sway bar to the strut. It's easy to forget to tighten it all the way!

Its amazing what some springs can do. Car feels way different from stock. Its like it has different personality now. Turning has little body roll now i don't have to work a sweat to shift gears while turning anymore.

wow tucked ?! on steelies? are thos 15s? yea if u can post the pic, i dont know if i want them that low unless i have some after market rims 17s with a better offset to be flush with the body, hmm but i saw them on one member with the blue XRS and looks really nice, forgot his name , the one that has the 2 rows of led fog light blue XRS...

That is way too low for my taste, but I'm happy for you if you like it that low! It always reminds me of when I lived in New Mexico & all the low riders scraping the pavement!
