Canada Block Heater Wire

After a harsh winter, my block heater wire snaps at where the plug is. I am about to spice it and put a new plug for it. There is totally three little wires inside the cord....I am just trying to figure out which one is + and - and which one is ground. Anybody can help me with this.

Just called the dealership, a new cord will cost $33. So for sure I am going to spend $5 for a new plug and spice it myself.

Green will be the ground. If the other 2 are black then it does not matter. AC (house current) is non directional.

You can find the cords on eBay for about $15.00.
