Question is will they charge me the same for this service if the tires don't need rotating? Tire rotation is part of the package and it won't need it then. Same with the brake service part of it. The wheels won't be off so will they charge more for the brake service? I'm only at 23000km and would like to wait for this service until next time. Thanks.

Correct me guys if I'm wrong but I think the tire rotation and brake checking is like a free service when you have them do the regular service maintenance for your car. Because from what I saw here in my local Toyota Dealer, they charge $50 for oil change, oil filter, air filter, engine fluid (brake, windshield washer, power steering fluid, and ATF) check and replenishment, tire rotation and brake checking. But I'm not sure if you can cut like $10 or something if you don't want them to do that for you.
