Front Lips... Where can I find this one?

I don't want to jack anyone else's lip thread so I am starting my own. Does anyone know where to find the lip below? I found the photo of it on another forum, but no one there knows where it came from.

on the 1st picture is an image of a 10th gen corolla snow plow. reminds me of winter. i like the 2nd one. i would want to replace the oem with that.

Altis will suggest Asian. Link below shows more body kits. Nothing on who sells them, only where from. It's Malaysian. Maybe user "black altis" can help.

Hey speaking of lips. Not to go off topic. I called the dealership close to me, and to order just the front lip from the S/Xrs model, its about 300 bucks. Thing is, it seriously want it, but not for that much and can't find it anywhere. Now you guys can say "You should have bought an S" but the thing is, around here, the S model was about an extra 5k and just didnt seem sensible for me, considering the color I wanted didnt come in an S. I figured I would just find the OEM lip but seriously cant find it anywhere. Please someone help.

P.S.

Would any of you consider getting ONLY the front lip from the S on your LE if you had it or would you have to get the entire body kit? Im open to opinions but they have never stopped me before from trying to make my vehicle my own. Thoughts?

Just wanted to add, it may or may not be, but the first image looks like similar to the Wings West kit. I like the second kit a lot.

The wings west ones that I have seen actually lip up and onto the bottom of the lower grille opening.
