This is regarding my MPG. I have a '10 Corolla S with 8k miles on it. Right now my Average MPG is 22.4. Is this normal? I changed my oil, and did a tire rotation on its 5k miles. Still no progress.. Any advice? Thanks in advance..
P.S. I'm driving it 90% Freeway 65-70Miles and I'm driving it fairly normal.

You all simply need to get your foot out of the gas pedal. I can get 19 or I can get 40. Typically I drive civilized and keep it in the lower part of the rpm range and have an average of a little under 32 with no real highway miles. Not stop and go city traffic, but not a highway either.
I've never had less than 30 mpg on my 09 S. I run 35 psi on my tires & I don't drive like an idiot. If you are a not an aggressive driver than I would check your tire pressure & try to drive easy & see what you get, if things don't improve I would have the dealer look at it. Also, is that a calculated mpg or the computer? Maybe the computer if screwed up & if so than manually compute your mpg,

This is coming from the computer's ampg
Btw, Thanks to all of you. I'll try to increase my Tire Pressure and will give you guys updates regarding its progress. (Hopefully..) Thanks again.
i have a led foot and i like to drive like an idiot at times. its just so much funner
I too enjoy a lead foot at times, but I try not to do in town where I see enough idiots everyday when working & driving all day. When I drive fast I like to do it in the middle of nowhere, although doing it in my MR2 is more fun.

I have a 5 speed manual, I always shift at 2000RPM when I'm driving easy. If you want to save gas, just go easy on the gas and you can use some techniques too, well if you have a manual. I always shift it to neutral when i'm going down the hill, I never, never never use my engine to brake, that's what brake pads are for. I'm averaging like 34 combined( about 60% highway and 40% city). I took the intake duct out and trying to find out if it save gas, I know for a fact that I got more performance out of it.
One more question. What would be a fitting replacement Taillights for a Magnetic Gray Metallic Corolla S? A Smoked Stock (everything except the reverse light), the LED after Market Red/White or the LED white transparent?

There's your problem, calculate it manually. Divide miles driven by the gallons used. Also, if 90% of your driving is highway, with a 4 speed automatic with relatively low gearing, anything about 65-70 MPH would be detrimental to your overall MPG's. Try to keep the RPM's below 2750.
