Metalic clank when moving from a stop

So at 55,000 I believe I have my first real "concern" with the car. As of late, when moving form a standstill, there is a metalic clank comming from what sounds like a wheel on the passenger side.

It can be heard only if the windows are down, and it clanks at most 3 times, and then by 10mph+ it goes away. Any ideas of where to start looking? With the noise not being very loud, it makes it a bit difficult to diagnose on my own.
