Took off my lip protector. It's taken quite a beating and after hurricane sandy, it started to fall off. It looks so strange to me without it. I probably won't put back another one before K-Style or the Accord one.

I would love to find a stronger alternative than the garage door version.
Agreed. I like it a lot and a lot of other people do too. I was surprised at how many people didn't know it was just garage sealant, but it's also done on many other cars for the same purpose I had mine.

Just got back from a ~45hour 3k mile road trip and reached 72k on the ODO, I did all the driving. I picked up my gf who lives 6 hours away and we made our way down to Atlanta, GA to visit their aquarium and the world of Coca-Cola. It was definitely a sight to see with their main tank being the size of a football field and holding over 10million gallons of water and all different kinds of fish including whales and sharks!
It was my first time driving through Kentucky and Tennessee! I wish I got a chance to snap pics of the drive through the mountains, but I did most of the drive overnight.
Made our way to NC to visit my brother who is stationed at Camp Lejeune
Then back up to Buffalo to drop off my gf, finally arriving home another 6 hours later
I'll post pics of the trip in the general chat section. I love the corolla's gas efficiency and how comfortable the drive was, but I couldn't have been happier to lay down in my own bed.
I just came back from there, I went to Jacksonville, FL and came up via Atlanta, GA into TN and then up 81. I did a bunch of twisty mountain roads, including the Tail of the Dragon.... what fun!

Well this happened today. Parked next to a curb without realizing how high it was and when I was pulling out of the spot I turned to quickly and my side skirt ate the curb pretty bad.
the scratch goes all the way the midway point of the sideskirt.
all it needs is to be sanded down and then repainted. sucks though. I remember I did that with my left side skirt and it sucked but mine wasnt as bad. at least you can paint it well this time vs. the factory paint w/no clear coat.
2010 Toyota Corolla S w/ 36k miles! I just got it so I decided to do a drain and fill of the transmission! I was able to get 2.75 quarts of fluid out of it and refilled with the same amount! Of course it shows that it is overfilled which leads me to believe it was overfilled before I did the service! I was very happy with the color of the fluid at 36,000 miles. I will be doing 15k drain and fills on the tranny to keep it in tip top shape!
Lots done today. Enkei's officially on. Oil change, cabin filter changed, new valve stems, mounted and balanced with the tires from my TRD's (they're all seasons), as the TRD's will be powdercoated in preperation for spring/summer.
1 or 2 of the rims are somewhat bent and they're all terribly rashed, but they're winter wheels. Balancing them sucked. Probably gonna plastidip them. They look somewhat decent with certain lighting and all, but from close up...no good.
For those wondering, these are Enkei EMX Super 7's, 18x7.5 +45 offset (+25 with my 20mm spacers). Rather hard to find, but pretty lightweight (only 20lbs for 18's).
