where is the rear-seat heater duct located? what is "anti-chip" tape and where should it be applied?

The tape is the clear tape around your doors.

The rear seat heater is a pair of vents under the driver and passenger seats

Should be clear tape about 2 - 3 in. wide on the dog leg behind the door
