go drive it like you stole it, then leave it in the garage for a month
lol jk like wat everyone said just leave it, do the tire pressure thing like wat clintj said, really good idea. and in my opinion i think u should fill up your gas before you leave.
I'm away on business for months at a time fairly often. I have someone move my cars once a month to avoid tire flat spotting as mentioned. I also put fuel saver in them as you should avoid using gas that is more than 30 days old.
All this being said... Your at 1 month.... Just leave it alone. You'll be fine.

i would choose to have someone start and run the car a bit. a running car status is better than a stagnant car. nothing beats that. leaving ur car idle for a month is your last choice if u have nobody to start and run it for u.
Your main problem will be your gas going bad, which normally starts to deteriorate chemically after about 2weeks of sitting. Run the current tank of gas until the light comes on or is close to empty. Add a full bottle of fuel stablizer to the tank and fill up the car until it's full. Drive it a bit to mix it around (about 5-10km should be fine).
The other problem you'll have is your tires flat spotting, you can put the car on jack stands while you're away so there is no load on the tires.
That's pretty much it.

1. jack stand it, add gas stabilizer and run the engine for 20 min to get stabilizer into the injectors, disconnect neg battery cable, lock the doors, cover it.
or
2. park it, vacation, drive it when you get back.
personally, i would choose option 2 and not be worried at all.

When you say idle. ..... I hope you mean left alone and not to leave the car running for the month. LOL
To the op: the advise of just leave alone is solid and is fine. Just fine! I am not a young guy. I have been a car guy all my life. I know cars. Just leave it and you will be fine. Adittionally I told what I do to the service advisors at both BMW and Audi (my other 2 cars) and they both agreed that what I do is perfect for the car.
