Go to another dealership, some are following Toyota's financing special word for word, others have tweaked it. I know at ours, all Corolla's are still 0% and 2 years free maintenance.
hrm...must be a SoCal thing. all dealerships i went to wont even budge. however 1.9% aint that bad at all either!
My APR is 1.9% but I purchased my car in December. Friend of mine went to my uncles dealership 2 weeks ago and received the 0% APR no problem..this is in MA.
2nd or 3rd of June was the last day on the 0% for all Corollas with $1000 cashback and (for me) an additional $500 cashback as a college grad/military guy. After that keeping in mind that the S was by far the largest selling model during this incentive (which was launched due to negative news) Toyota relaunched the deal but excluded the S due to it's popularity and the fact that dealers were struggling to keep inventory of the S. They figured since the S is selling on it's own merit we can charge a low 1.9% for it while still keeping the 0% to drive sales for the other models that weren't doing as well. So this has nothing to do with you location, nothing to do with your credit and certainly nothing to do with your dealer...this is TFS's call and this is how they chose to do it. Hope this clears up everything, I wanted to correct everyone earlier but was too lazy to...but I finally found sometime to set the record straight.
P.S. If I were you I'd buy the LE instead, 1.99% is still 1.99% more than 0%...but then that's just me.

If 1.9% was the difference of making myself happy or not I'd choose the 1.9%. Granted I did get 1.9% anyway I would rather have the "S" than the LE any day.
