BOLT : 5 x 114.3 & 5 x100

I know the bolt pattern is good but is the offset okay for an 18"?

They will fit perfect. I have the same offset & width in a 17" so with the correct tire yours will be the same overall diameter as mine.

9" wide with that offset would sit flush.
