After market SunRoof installation

HI my friend just got sunroof done on his Corolla S and i was thinking of getting it done on mine. i wasnt lucky enough to get my toyota with it since they ran out of S with sunroof within 100mile radius of the dealership i went to cuz of the insane special toyota had and also they was brining in 2011 models so it all had to go. 17400 how much i paid for mine brand new.

heres a video of it been done. and what do you think? the estimate is about 600$

heres the company that does it http://www.webastoshowroom.com/08Toy...la_TVS930.html

looks like a really clean installation but i'd be scared of leaks when it rains.

if thats the case, overall the install looks like factory work. ive seen aftermarket installs with the liner just failling apart and dangling but that install looks professional

apparently this company specialize in this and they was on the new aswel. not like its an backwards dealership installation, i would wait couple months and see how my friend gets along with his but i got a special offer to do mine since he did his recently and dont wanna pass that up. but yes im very scared of that might happen to mine even tho i have custom leather seat covers over my cloth interior

I heard that doing it aftermarket makes the roof or the car overall more unstable or not as strong......is that correct?

It sure looks like a nice install. I wish they would speak English so I could understand what they are saying. I wouldn't mind putting one on my Previa!

wouldnt doing this to our cars actually deppreciate the value of the car. since they need to cut the roof of the car.
