You should be able to use a flat head to pop it out. There are detailed instructions in your car manual.

It is easy. The manual shows you what you need to remove to get to the bulbs. After you remove the lower panel you can remove the bulbs & disconnect the wire harness. After that it's just plugging in the HID's. I replaced my stock bulbs in about 15 minutes per side, it's very easy.

coool now retro fit my lights, also did u do it while car was lifted or on the ground cause its hard to reach the screws
I think I used my floor jack to give me a little extra room but that only took a few seconds to lift up the car from the front.

dont have a jack i dont think should i come with the car or do i have to buy it extra,
You could use the stock jack, a set of ramps or go & invest in a floor jack, it will be worth every penny.

Sure it can. Like I said earlier, I used it to give me more room to work & make the job easier.

There's no chance of getting an S or XRS on any kind of ramps except race ramps. I found a wicked nice set of heavy duty ramps on the side of the road and had to get rid of them because there was no way to get my car on them without tearing off the bumper, and my cars not even lowered. I did trade them to my dad for a jack and some stands though

When I installed HID's in my fogs, it was not a problem with the stock bulbs coming out but I was having an issue getting the new HID bulb in properly. Anyway, using a small Phillips screwdriver, you can take out the 2 screws holding the fog light assembly to the bumper cover. This way you take the entire fog light out on the workbench and install the bulbs that way. It took about 2 extra minutes per side.
