Well then... I guess I should start with the scenario. My brother-in-law works for the Sheriff department and parks his Charger over at our house now - the same place where my brother used to park his car. My brother, behind the hard-headed idiot that he is, refuses to use our neighbor's vacant driveway (which they've said we can use many times,) and insists on parking directly behind my car. Thus, whenever I have to leave and he's hope, I've got about a five foot space to back my car out of, while making DAMN SURE I don't hit a police officer's cruiser.
With that said, he got waay to close to my car last night, and I'm guessing didn't look to see how much space I had. When I had to leave for work this morning, I must've over-estimated the space I had between me and his car while I was trying to stay away from the Charger. Needless to say, it turned into a bad day.
Both cars got scratched and the bumpers popped lose preventing any actual damage. I offered to pay for his car to be repaired, but he's being a total douche about it. (He did the same thing to my sister's car a year or two back... same place, same scenario minus the cop car.)
Anyway, when I went back to look at it again tonight, I was able to wipe away a lot of his paint thanks to the rain. In fact, there's hardly any damage to my car other than two scuffs, a rather nasty scratch on the bottom lip, and a few chips. I was wondering i I would be able to pick up a paint pen from my Toyota dealer to fill in the chips (none are even the size of a dime,) or if I should just wait until I have the money to get my door's fixed and let the body shop take care of it when they color-match everything. What do y'all think?
Please don't come in here flaming. I'm sixteen, inexperienced, and didn't ask for a new car... all I can do is pay for the damages, which I've done... twice. Thanks ahead of time. ^_^
--EDIT--
I'll get a picture of the damage tomorrow... the only ones I have now are of initial damage, aka: loose bumper and paint marks everywhere.

I would also like to know about if fixing the scratches because someone hit my moms car with a cart and went straight to the metal I heard that you can use touch up paint and then sand it w/different grits and then buff, IDK if thats how you do it. But yeah Im 17 and Ill start off by saying sorry that your brother is being a douche and I wouldnt pay for his car if he acts like that. What happened to your doors? and I wanted to get my door dings fixed but they are too small probably(barely see them) I also have weird parking situations because we can park on the street since our neighbors moved but thats when the problems started the silverado is now dead and is in our driveway and taking the 4runners spot so everyday we move the 4runner in and out for my corolla. I always wanted to be a racing driver but its seems to be impossible
Here it is before I cleaned up some of the damage, and yes... the bumper is still loose. I was late for work and didn't even notice it until the middle of my shift.
Images haven't been scaled back any, in case you want to zoom in on them. I wasn't planning on using a paint pen as a permanent fix, I'm just worried about the paint around the chips peeling or chipping further before the end of the summer, when my parents and I have both raised our money to repair the doors.
(As for what happened with that, for those that don't know: A girl who'd only had her license a few days started backing up while I was backing up in the parking lot at school. I couldn't see her car from where I was looking and ended up hitting her back bumper. Since she stopped and I didn't, the police said it was my fault and I got stuck with both bills.)
