Is this Normal?

Every time I drive my car out the garage in the Morning and go straight, I hear this sound, its a knock, its like its coming from the engine. IS this normal? It only happens once and its gone!!!

never had a knocked noise that came from the engine just the brakes going reverse straight out of my garage which is normal
