Need guidance!

Few days I went to the dealer and took a test drive with the mechanic about vibration on pedal/floor between 2700-2900rpm. The mechanic notice the vibration and he say that toyota is investigating the issue so they couldn't do anything about it . Well I contacted Toyota, they say speak to the service manager of that Dealership but since they say Toyota is investigating the issue. Is there anything that i can do or the dealership will diagnose it? Its been happening since i got the car!!

Make sure the issue is fully documented (dates and details) in their records, and wait for them to rectify.

So do I just wait for them to call? Cause the issue is really annoying, hope they have a fix!
