toyota ordered a part for me. what is it?

Its either the vent thing that turns left to right or something to do with my brakes.

Its for the vents above the instrument panel. Did you ask them to order it for you?

Why not reply to the email instead of asking an internet forum that has no idea why they would send you an email? Effort is the same. Just sayin......

The vent thing that turns left or right broke off. Its covered under warranty. This is the 2nd one that has broke on me one last yr and one this yr expect them to break guys...

If the part was broken and you were aware of that, wouldn't deductive reasoning tell you it was probably that part?

no b/c it could of been something for my brakes..... I sent the car in with multiple problems.

Maybe you should give us some background info like if you just had the car in the shop, if something broke, or somethin. We could probably help you a little better.
