12v power port continuous power?

I did the search thing and could not find what I wanted to know. Both the power ports lose power whenever I turn off or restart the car. This is a pain when the dvd players are on because the wife and kids have to start it over and find where there were.

Anyhow I need to know how to make at least the dash port continuous power. Maybe a jumper in the fuse box? thanks

I have a 2010 corolla S

You can find that from your local autozone, they should have it, or

Find the same fuse that you going to replace the add a fuse in, plug that add a fuse in first, and 2 of that same fuse together on the other end. (From 15 - 30 amp)
