Other than the engine, everything in that video looks the same as it has been already since it was released, not much new.

Kind of doubt they'll change out the 1.8L in Canada/USA though. Hard to say I guess. I think people are happy with it though, overall.

That's what i am wondering too, coz the 1.8L from 2009 is a newly developed engine, it is lighter than the previous 1.8L. Unless they are going to put the 1.8L on the yaris or something.

I think it would make more sense if Toyota put Valvematic in the 1.8 like in Europe. Since Corolla in our market is focused more on fuel economy and cheap maintenance.

Hmmm I wonder if its possible to put Valvematic in the 1ar-fe engine to push it to the 200hp mark and get 29mpg

Even if we are gonna get that....I still prefer the 6 speed manual....paddle shifter is useless unless fitted with a twin clutch gearbox....on a traditional auto tranny=fancy but useless...

Junk yards in brazil or those out of US?? Coz you are not gonna catch the mirrors in the junk yards here as they don't come with our rollas. In the US I think this is the only way to get it:

Same here. I could care less for the paddle shifters.

Now that the 2011 features and specs have been released, it seems that what I said previously has been confirmed. Cosmetically some changes, but overall the cars are staying the same mechanically.

Ahh well.
