Should I go more looooower?

So I finally got to lower the 10thGen, its at about a one finger gap... gonna wait to see how it looks when it settles. Only got one pic up for now.

After:

Before:

Ah just kidding!

Well I finally painted my Calipers and Drums, did it at my friends house who helped me out. Painted them both black. Black Power.

Ah well I forgot to take better pictures before I put the wheels back on.

Is this flush?

At least they are black and not red or yellow or some other highly visible color.

+1. I didn't want to draw attention to my drum brakes, thats why I painted them black. It also gives it a cleaner look IMO.

But each to his own.

I like the black drums, very clean. I also think red calipers would look good & tie in with the red "S".

+1. I would've painted my calipers red if i had a Xrs. But I wanted the paint to match cause IMO I think it'd look weird w/ red calipers and black drums.

I don't think so, as a car is rolling down the road I don't look at both the front & rear wheels at the same time, I just admire the painted calipers. I've seen several cars with the painted front calipers with rear drums & it looked fine. With the drums black they just disappear anyway & the attention is drawn toward the front. I'm planning on doing it someday to my "S" & if I don't like it I can always change the color anyway!

Ahh lol. I was just kidding haha. I took the picture when the car was jacked up in the front and it made the back looked like it was lowered... haha. Loooks like my joke did work!

+1. I was really debating on doing the red + black combo. If i do change my mind about it, I can always change it like you said!

Colored calipers belong to performance braking systems IMO. If you paint them, leave them black. No need to draw attention to some stock calipers.

Or you could always go uber ghetto.....

I'll take some of the interior & post them. It may be 21 years old but the interior looks new!
