My heart is still pounding & my hands shaking after that finish of the Oklahoma-Oklahoma State game. OU never led at any point until they won the game. Tied it up with a TD with :04 seconds left in the game & won it in OT with a TD run. Go SOONERS!

Giving my snow tires their first workout tomorrow - going snowboarding up at Stevens Pass in the Cascades with a buddy. Let's hope I'm not super rusty and break a leg

Don't do that! I saw this as I was loading up at the hospital this morning. Don't need lifeflight to help you! It was cool to see it though.

Loving my Rosen GPS and how it matches so perfectly with my interior.

Awesome, how much did you end up paying if you don't mind me asking?
I don't mind. It was 1,019. $19 for insurance and handling which doesn't bother me paying that little extra for such an expensive item. Got some pretty stiff spring rates too, but after being on these Tein's, I'd rather have more stiff than not stiff enough.

What spring rates did you get? Did you go with the 8k/6k F/R setup?

As much as 8k/6k is definitely one of the best rates for a mix of stiff and daily driving, I went with 12k/10k. I love the feeling and ability of a great handling car over ride quality. I'm very eager to take on Skyline Drive or any other twisty mountain type roads with that setup compared to right now where I feel I can't be confident enough in my suspension.

It would be nice to be able to drive some of these Corollas with different spring rates just to see how each one felt. It's just so hard to think about spending $1k for coilovers when the Tokico struts were about 1/3 of that price.

I would like to do the same. Mine are pretty normal 7.5k/6k and they aren't even adjusted to full dampening and sometimes at low speeds on washboard like pavements.... dear lord Im bouncing everywhere!

So I'm an idiot. Drove the hour and a half up to Stevens Pass to go boarding yesterday and managed to forget my wallet at home. Right on the nightstand. Realized in the parking lot after I got all my gear on. Drive of shame. But, snapped a great pic on the way back down the mountain:

Nice picture.
Lucky you don't have to stop for gas.
Not to worry. Snow will be here for some months. Typically only on the mountains and not on the lowlands. Which we like. If we do have heavy snowfall on the lowlands like 4 years ago, we'll all be stuck. Municipalities including Seattle does not know or have the equipments to handle big snowfalls,

Yeah, I filled up before I headed out. I'll definitely have plenty of chances to go out, I was just really excited since this is the first time I'd be able to go in like 5 years. I've heard that Seattle and lowlands don't get much snow - that would be a big improvement over the lake effect snow I got dumped on me when I lived in Cleveland. But, I've got snow tires just in case
