Usually the new year model comes out anywhere from March to September, but this year is the first time I can recall the new model not out yet in November.
I guess this means they are stuck with many 2010's in the Corolla, Yaris, and Matrix.
Would there be any other reason why these 2011's aren't out yet?

Everyone on the forum are just normal people, some may work for toyota but i dont recall seeing anyone work for toyota corp. Sorry we probably dont know the knowledge to say why toyota didnt release the 2011s yet. Preproduction has probably started though. Your best guess probably beats mine.
I work at a Toyota dealer and we haven't even been sent any type of promotional material for the '11 Corolla, much less seen or heard of any cars. We're still being sent '10s yet!!

2011 Yaris is a carry over from 2010.
2011 Corolla/Matrix production starts in December. It's a later production start this year, I haven't seen exact details for the North-American models yet.

Our dealer is worried more about being stuck with a million 2010 Priuses over Corollas. Because the Prius comes from Japan we have no control over what we get in stock and most of our models we can't sell are the expensive Prius IV's and the V's with the Advanced Technology Package. We usually stock the cheap Corolla's so I'm sure we won't have many once the 11's come out.

I used to work at the dealer a couple years ago, and remember that Priuses were practically sold when they arrived on the lot. Nowadays, I guess things change. Even in import heaven (Southern Cali), most dealers prefer to have the Prius IIs and IIIs over the more expensive IVs and Vs. But I would think that most people know that hybrid sales are somewhat slowing down.

Yeah, there's only so many you can sell before the market gets saturated
