Been at it 2 hours -- Drivers Door Panel Wire Harness

How the hell do I remove the drivers side wire harness? I tried pulling, I tried pushing in the weird lever at the back, i tried popping the lever out with a screw driver -- NOTHING works and it doesn't even budge!

theres a screw under the lever if you didnt notice it. but hopefully someone else can help you because i never pulled the panel off of the corolla yet.

There are two plugs that plug in near the kick panel on both the drivers and passengers side. Once those are unplugged, you can pull the harness through towards the door. The hole in the Door jam is kinda small, so the plugs need to be worked through one at a time. When you pull it out, pull the grommet out too.

My above post is what you need if you're trying to run speaker wire into the door. I just reread your post, and thinking misunderstood what you needed. I don't recall exactly how I unplugged the drivers door panel ( assuming you're trying to unplug the window/lock switches) but I do know that I had to rotate the panel to help me see it. I rotated it clockwise, and let the leading edge of the door panel rest on my foot.
