The Player always reload to the first song

I got a problem in my Corolla that bought at 2009(http://www.toyota.com.hk/cars/new_ca...bu/gallery.asp). The disk player will reload the disk and go to the 1st song of 1st disk when I turn on the power by key. It happened at the begin randomly, however, it happened always in the recent.
I has sent it to toyota repairing shop, they hadn't idea also. I don't want to pay the money to buy a new one.
Do you have any experience of soluations to share to me? and how to reset the player if i want to try?
