gauge cluster

ok how do you rest the gauge cluster with the maintenance required light on to off

It tells you in the manual. Make sure that the odometer is showing, than turn the key off. Hold down the button for the tripmeter/odometer & than turn the key to the "ON" position while continuing to hold down the button. The odometer will flash several times & 5 bars will count down in several seconds & you will be done.

Double check the manual. I have one car that has to be on the odometer & one that it has to be on the tripmeter. I always have to make sure which car is which way when changing the oil.
