My other vehicle is a 2004 Ford F-350 4X4 diesel pick up truck. This is a work truck and gets horrible mileage compared to my Corolla.

Yes that is supercharged. If I am not wrong, the engine is a 2TZ-FZE. I am not sure, though, if it's a four-wheel drive because the supercharged ones here are.
