2010 Toyota Corolla s windshield washer spray doesn't spray out fluid

Hey guys, I recently got my car back from the body shop and they replaced the windshield washer fluid reservoir and the hood, after I left the shop a few days later I tried my sprayer out to wash off some salt from the snow storm.

I pull back the windshield washer fluid nozzle from inside the car and when I pull it back towards me the wipers move and you can hear the pump but nothing was coming out of the sprayers.

I thought it was because there was no fluid in there at first but when I parked my car and looked there was plenty of fluid in the reservoir.

I tried calling the body shop back the past few days but they haven't responded back yet.

I don't know if they replaced the tubes or if they forgot to connect it back but I don't even know how to pull them out to check if it is connected or not.

Can anyone tell me how to see if the tubes that connect the sprayers to the reservoir? Also could it be a bad windshield washer pump?

Don't suppose the lines could be frozen?

chances are not the pump as you can hear it. follow the line from the sprayers back and make sure everything is connected. If so, BUG THE HELL out of the body shop until they fix whatever they did. Likely just a hose not connected, see if you have some fluid anywhere.

my guesses is that the fluid is frozen.

if it wasn't frozen then the fluid from the pump would go somewhere. like on the ground. meaning something is disconnected.

Did you try spraying it more than once? Maybe the hoses were drained and needed to fill back up...but surely (hopefully) they would've tried everything first to make sure it worked before you got it back lol
