2010 Corolla iSimple troubleshooting

I got the isimple with iPod cord and also the Sirius SCC1 Sirius satellite tuner. I pulled the carpet from the right side of the trunk. I see a blue connector (male) and a white connector (female) and a small square one that is wrapped in foam for the antenna. My question is, I connected the isimple gateway to the female white connector on the car. I get all functions up front, can control the iPod, switch songs, see lapsed song time, etc. But my only problem now is that there is no sound at all. Anyone have any advise or know how to troubleshoot this problem. I got it for Christmas and was excited to try it out then there was no sound. Am I missing something, all DIP switches are off as instructed, connections are solid. Thanks for any help. 2010 Toyota Corolla LE with stock head unit and all.

Now nothing at all is even coming up when i hit the am/sat button. I have tried disconnecting the harness from the car as well as disconnecting the battery for several minutes and reinstalling. Any ideas?

I have none, but I'm hoping that someone else has this same product so they may be able to help you.

As far as im concerned the 12 pin connector includes the speaker wires. The link that you provided seems o be dead on my end. Thanks for throwing out ideas though. Any help is appreciated.

The iSimple PXAMG module MUST be plugged into behind the radio. If its installed into the trunk the harness is oriented backwards and its not outputting audio to the right wires. Please install this module behind the radio and reset it "http://pac-audio.com/reset" and let me know if your still having issues.

I was able to control but no audio when it was plugged into trunk, I had unplugged and plugged back in thinking it would fix the no audio problem but it just made my radio not even pick up the gateway at all. Like I'll press the am/sat button and it now would only go to am when before after pressing it I could access my iPod (lapsed song time, switch songs, etc. ) but just no audio.

If I do the reset you gave me will it work and will it void any warranties with you guys?

Thanks much.

The data is still able to communicate with it plugged in there but the audio will not be routed correctly. It MUST be plugged in behind the radio.

What would explain that when it was plugged into the trunk harness it worked (other then the audio) I unplugged it and re plugged to the trunk harness and nO longer could see or control the iPod from the headunit. I want to confirm this doesn't mean the gateway is defective. I will try opening the gateway and resetting as per instructions provided and plug directly to headunit. Hopefully this is the fix.

Is this product similar to Toyota's ipod interface kit?

Just wanted to let you know that you fixed the problem, it now works flawlessly behind the radio! Thanks again!
