No matter how much research I do, I still don't feel comfortable making an offer. It's going for market value, as far as I can see. I'm not well versed in what kind of an offer I should make. Any ideas?? 2010 Corolla S with 6,400 miles.
The taxes in Ohio suck, so hopefully I can get it with tax included for about the asking price, or hopefully a little less.
I agree try 14,000 and head up from there. Don't be surprised, if your offer is rejected though. According to Kbb.com an excellant 2010 Corolla S with auto is valued over $16,000. Good luck, though
We bought our 2010 a week ago with 10 miles for $15580 before trade-in.
Was it an "S" though?
I agree that I would start at $14k. There is no sunroof or JBL but it is an automatic which adds a $1k over the 5-speed manual. I wouldn't pay more than $15k for it as the 2011's are hitting they will want to deal on the remaining 2010 models.

on top of that if they will not take the offer of 14.8k and their offer is 15k make sure its OUT THE DOOR
and make sure you let them sign it. so you'll be paying 15k thats final. none of their bs about tax this tax that.
