Am thinking of going with the Infinity Kappa 63.9i speakers in the front doors. I have the non JBL system (no tweeters). Has anyone used these yet or know if they do fit the doors?
Get the 2-way version though as it will block less bass & is usually rated higher than the 3-way, plus it will cost less.

Seconded. Get 2-way. And while you're at it order some sound deadening so you can do it all at once while the door panels are off. You may want to get speaker adapters from eBay as well if you don't want to fabricate your own or destroy the stock ones.

I put Dynamat on all my doors & it made a big difference in the sound of my front door JBL speakers.

How much did everything cost? Including installation.
I installed it myself, very easy to do. I don't remember the exact cost but I waited until I saw a great price on Amazon & bought a bulk pack, the price might be on the thread.

: $90 (more than enough for the doors, though there are cheaper alternatives such as eDead) Speaker Adapters: $21 plus shipping Speaker wire harness: $13 - This will plug into the door speaker plug and give you the - and + terminals so you dont have to cut or splice into the stock wires.

They will definitely fit. You will need 1/2" spacers made for 6.5" speakers and the factory speakers will require drilling out the rivets for removal. I also recommend the two ways.
