interesting... the item has "7 reviews". Read them... not 1 true review!! Everyone gave it 5 stars for questions and one moron that gave it 5 stars before he rec'd the item! 6 questions and this: "ill up load some pictures for you when the product comes in i already ordered it and all and it should be here by Friday."

Lol... It concerns me that there is no name brand mentioned anywhere on the page. IMO I'd be worried cuz the major manufacturers usually still have problems to fix after release, and you probably wont get any from anonymous manufacture. The map statement thing at the bottom of the page is kind-of confusing.

thats a good point, but its running on windows ce, so i mean the front end is pretty much done for them its just hardware from china or wherever so the manufacturer wouldnt do anything either way .
still pretty interesting though, i have pioneer avic d3 with gps which i havent installed (had it on my last 2 cars) and im considering going to this one instead for a change.. still any feedback im sure someone here has tried it?
Get it at your own risk. The company is based in China so if something eff's up, you gotta pay an arm and a leg to ship it back there for repairs. Check out their policy:
* Return for refund within: 7 days
* Return for replacment within: 30 days
* 365 days repairing warranty.
I cant remember who but recently, someone bought a similar unit (made in china too) and the usb port stopped working. Also the Bluetooth may not be compatible with all phones.

The only thing that is stopping me from doing one of these style units is unknown quality and the fact that if something happens it is going to cost $200 to get it shipped in for repair and shipped back. I think I will have to spend a bit more for less features and get something I can get warrantied here.
I like these H/U's because they look OEM. I like this one by far the best because of the large screen. Hopefully a manufacturer will sell some here for us. (which I highly doubt)

i think i might give it a shot.. i did a search on the forum and theres a few ppl that have the 7" one with the same os on it, but none of them have shown how the ipod works besides one using it from the AUX instead of an ipod cable.

After talking to the guys at Car Toys in Portland they said that any standard HU could work with my JBL system but that it required an extra part to interface with the digital trigger on the JBL amp.

Then I'll follow your footsteps and we'll both be set
I'm looking at the Rosen even though it costs more it is better build quality & I can have any service issues taken care of locally. My biggest issue is that it's not high on my priority list right now.
