Purchasing info

Guys,

Looking into getting either a used 09 S (certified used 27Kmiles) or new 10 LE
Both have the same monthly payments.

09 has goodies I like but the 10 has some nice features also.

09 has no traction control but 10 does. Is that a huge option worth having?

I like the factory fogs, mood roof, steering wheel and seats of the S(09). I like the trac control and color of the LE(10). Not that I hate the seats in the LE.

Am I missing something the 10 has that 09 also has? I haven't been able to find what the actual differences between these 2 are. Other than the obvious accessories and color.

TRAC/VSC were an option in 09, standard in 10. Is the 09 a manual? You should be able to get it for less than a 10 LE since the price new is very close for both of them. The S of course has the body kit & fogs. Does it have alloy wheels too? I would want the S if it's a manual, if not you could put the body kit on the LE like TheGreenKnight did to his.

Both are AT.
09 is about 13K and 10 is about 18K. lease on 10 is what brings the payments the same. Not to keen on lease as I feel limited on driving.

I'm just trying to figure out what I would lose if I chose which car. Unless I have listed it because they are so closely matched. Not looking to modify car. Just use as a fun car to get to places in style.

09 has alloys. alloys are nice but tires are cheaper for the smaller steels. Also the smaller tires take some of the bumps from all the frost heaved and pot holed streets around here. I also like the look of the body kit but it would not bother me if I did not have it.

I am leaning toward the 09 S at this moment.
I do not know if this makes any difference but the 09 is Blue w/ black interior. I know some cars have limited run colors or rare color combos. The 10 is the green w/ gray int which I think is common.

Personally I like the look and color of the S better but also living in the snow belt the traction control is nice. For me leasing is never an option because I drive a lot of miles and like to mod but that may not be a deal breaker for you. If you are having that much trouble deciding between these 2 because you don't really love either one then maybe the best advice would be to pass and wait for the one you really want. When I bought mine I knew I wanted a white S manual and would not even consider anything else. There is nothing worse than buying a car and then a few months later wishing you would not have settled for less than what you really wanted.

With this additional info I would buy the 09 S & save myself $5k. I also like the blue a lot more than the green.
