Having just visited up there this past weekend, I can vouch that Edmonton has the worst weather conditions from mid province down to the border. So much standing snow everywhere and very poor road conditions, and cold winds. I made me appreciate the brisk chinook winds we get in the south part of the province from time to time a whole lot more.

^^ stone11, i've been thinking the same as of late. you cant even step out to go check the mail without being dressed in 2 layers of clothing with below 30 windchills. city still hasant cleared the pile of snow in our neighborhood, it just melted and now piling back up again.

How has your corolla S been handling in the snow, i think the handling on my 2010 S is so much superior to the competitors!! Sill running all seasons in the snow and the car is handling great minimal tire slip and little or no drifting.

I must have the worst tires in history cause this is the worst drive in the winter ive ever had. I manage and im not complaing too much but lets be serious, my 240sx with all seasons handled better than my corolla right now.

But i do have to say there is no drifting at all with this car, its got quite a high frontal center of gravity (if my physics is right)

matt, what tires are you running man ? you've got trac/vsc, that should atleast make it easier.
