Is there any problems with my front break?

I own a 2010 corolla le with A/T with 4500 miles on it.

Been experiencing some grinding noise (not those sharp high frequency noise but deep) coming from the front section of the car and vibration on the break pedal when slightly applied on the brake when brake at a speed about 15-25 on some uneven road (sometimes while turning) even the slightness unevenness. This situation is very hard to duplicate, sometimes it happen sometimes it doesn't, only to caught me off guard.

I know I can take it to dealer, but what I was afraid of they can not duplicate it and can not find the cause or origin of problem and only to send me home with a problem that might endanger my life.

I tired to duplicate it next week and record the sound. However, the vibration is only to be described with words.

Anyone with any good ideas?

how many times has it happened? how often does it happen? on short rides or long rides? after they are warmed up or still cold?

it happens kind often when there were a lot of snow the last 2 month. High chances of this when road condition makes wheel uneven, unlike those speed bump, when I apply, it does not happen.

Only when front wheel is with contact with such road, when I depress brake on that turn with potholes on the road, it occurs, when rear wheel is with contact and front is on even road, this thing does not happen. Now I drive slow when turning at that intersection w/o touching brake.

Short ride, home <--> school about 3 mile, 10 miles tops in one day. cold weather, have the car totally warmed up in the morning every time.

It sounds like ABS engaging which is normal given you mentioned potholes & slippery surfaces. This happens to all cars now when you hit the brake over uneven surfaces or surfaces with poor traction (icy, snowy, sandy, potholed, bumpy, etc)... You get a deep groaning and pulsing in the brake. It actually less audible in 10th gen Corolla vs 9th.

In any event, tell the dealer ASAP - they'll know what to do and probably already have a bumpy test route on the road.

Is there suppose to be a ABS indicator light to go on in the instrumental panel when ABS is engaging?

I don't think so, I think it only comes on when the system does a self check when you start the car or it malfunctions. That being said, I'm not 100% sure.
