I am new here picked up my new 2011 Toyota Corolla S, color "Classic Silver" today in the afternoon during my lunch break with only 4km on the odometer whooo the lowest km on the new car i ever got . I traded my White 1989 Toyota Corolla with 389,897 km [242,270 Miles]
At first I didn't like the tail light, buy after looking at them a few times, It starting to grow on me.
I was searching for forums and found this and I found everyone here are so helpful. I will come around once in a while looking for ideas, checking out other mods ideas and hoping to gain more knowledge of my new corolla and hopefully i can help others back.

Don't tell me your 89 corolla is a GTS AE92........if so, that car is so much better than the 10th gen...bad trade
I had the regular 4 door Corolla, my old looks like this [not my car but same]:
It's nice to have power options [windows, locks and other options] after 21 years of driving that car.
As for Pics of my '11 corolla, I will try and get some taken soon.
I am thinking of getting tinting of my windows soon but sure if I want to do 35/30 percent or 20% all around [20% i am worried about it being too dark at night time and not be able to see my sides or reversing]
Heya! I'm a new silver corolla s owner here as well and I must agree with you, I've never really been a fan of the corolla tail lights but it's starting to grow on me each day that I drive my baby. I think one day I'm going to have to mod it and put in some new taillights tho :P
please tell me its a 5spd if not auto is sorta nice (im a manual guy stuck w/an auto
It's auto ... I wanted the 5 Speed in White but I had to wait 1 1/2 weeks for one directly from factory or one gets driven from a dealers ~ 20km away to the dealers I got it from. So they have a silver S that literally came in on friday [on the day on bought the car] and I could get it the next day [since i came in right when they open] so i can go to work after buying the car. I paid $24,270.23 for my car.
