Filling in holes?

I decided to move my license plate down to change it up a bit. Are there any clean ways to fill in these holes/make it look like they were never there?

This is the best DIY I can find: http://www.clubxb.com/forums/f16/diy...lug-30421.html

When I installed a new painted bumper cover for my Camry, there wasn't any holes and it looked clean. But in TX, I was required to have a license plate on the front. It pained me greatly to have to drill holes in the new bumper; but it had to be done.

man, I would have NEVER done that Yuko, hell, do what I did and make an adapter for the lower grill or something.

I had the Home Depot vinyl plugs color matched and it looked ok, I want to fill it in and paint it correctly.

I know I waited nearly a month and people kept telling me to install the plate or I'll be ticketed...then I had to take out the screwdriver. Every turn of the screws was a jab in the heart. I wish I had made an adapter but what's done is done. There was two dipples there anyway.

In many ways, the license plate saved my bumper from others who backed into my car and when I bumped into my tool box in the garage. The plate has taken a beating and now, Texas wants me to replace the plate because “they are over 7 years old.” I could get personalized plate but that’s $40 a year on top of the registration fee. Welcoming new ugly 7-digits plates soon.

Here's another DIY but will required more than a few dollar at home depot: http://hondaswap.com/body-exterior-i...e-holes-84504/
