OK, so I'm REALLY wanting to go to Import Alliance summer meet -July 15th and 16th-. Anyone else going? I would LOVE to get a caravan going down and possibly shack up..... er.... share a room with some of you guys!
I have never gone, so I am super amped as I FINALLY know enough to pass as a car guy and my car is not a complete stock joke anymore when I show up to meets.
ImportAlliance 2011 will occur the weekend of July 16, 2011. Join us at the Nashville Super Speedway for the 2011 edition of the ImportAlliance Summer Meet. We’ve already started planning this year’s events and activities. Saturday will feature the slides, sounds, spins, and smells of the IA Drift Session. This years Drifting event is sponsored by NOS Energy Drink, and they are helping us to make the drifting even more exciting for participants. On Sunday, The ImportAlliance High Performance Driving Experience will give meet attendees another opportunity to drive their cars at the limit on the Superspeedway’s road course. Participation in both of these events last year was great and we are sure that this year will be even better.
Feedback from you, the people who make this meet special, indicate that this year’s meet will be epic. The hot cars will be epic. The number of people in hot cars will be epic. The weekend will be epic. Visit this site often for updates on programming for the Summer Meet. We’ll be looking for your ideas and feedback as we plan this years meet.

oh, my car is FAR from most of those rides, but F it. Some of the meets I've gone to people have laughed at me "Who brought this Corolla trash?!" So I don't care anymore. I don't bash the Honda morons with the 4 tier wings (to their face at least). I've heard these things are a BLAST! -plus S3 mag is a sponsor, need to get a shirt or something.

I went last year and it was prettying amazing. I only went on the first day though, but when you go in line and see all the cars around you..it's like import heaven. D
Since I went with a bunch of friends we ended up staying until early afternoon, then left and just went around town. It's a great experience. Everyone should go!

If we can get enough people, I'd be down. I'm off those two days wouldn't mind going on the first day. Place is about 4 hrs give or take from me, I've been to Nashville before. But my Rolla isn't anywhere near the level of modification you guys have.
I would like to arrive around 4ish there, check in, eat, get settled then go out. Spend that night there. Wake up, go to day #2. Then spend the night again and head back about 12ish Monday. -Pending I request off that Monday which I want to.

i had all the intentions in the world of taking my 240sx down there. but the car is still far from being done. awaiting cage install. then once its back it has to be put back together. so im still up in the air. MAYBE i'll just take the rolla since it gets great mileage.
