My Wife's 2009 Corolla

I used to drive an AE86 but sold it later on. Drifting is a very expensive motorsport and drained my wallets and bank so i had to let go of that hobby til i make better bank. I just wanted to share my wife's 09 corolla. I did a lil photo shoot for her with Canon 60D DSLR.

mods:
6k HID low Beams
3K HID Fogs
ESAM replica visors
rear roof Visor
tein s tech lowering springs
18x8 +40 BBS AIR II CK wrapped on BF's 215/40/18

Pics:

My AE86 that'll be Missed

when sold her she was pink. It was pink for an event Balcony Willow springs

Holy cow!
Both the cars look soo sweet!

the engine bay of your AE86 is sooo cleannn!!
and that "proper" shift knob
looks good on racing/track cars

where did you get the roof spoiler for the 2009 corolla?
and i like you window visors... they don't look like the inchannel ones, but they dont flare out like the stick on ones ive seen

hahaha Thanks. Yeah it was fun drifting for awhile but i had to sell it because i was running out of funds to support the sport. I'm planning to build another one later when I make better money. The Visors we got from Kei Wholesale. It's like a JDM and JDM replica Warehouse here in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The ESAM Rep visors 35.00. Rear roof visor was 45.00

my current car 09 civic si soon to be JDM FD2 converted.

It was a real good motor. It was my weber45's that were a bit hard to tune cuz if the elevation changes drastically then u have to retune each idle mixture screw. I hated canyoning cuz i had to tune it when im at the peak. I shoulda just went itb's rather than racing carbs. The upside with racing carbs is that u eliminate having an ecu.

Love the BBS on the wife's car, and that AE86 is drooltastic...my friend just bought a GTS today, but honestly, it's too much work for him to drive reliably.

I love the BBS wheels, they look great. Do you know how much they weigh?

The engine compartment look great on your AE86. What carbs were on it? No air filters, just velocity stacks? I had dual sidedraft Mikuni carbs with velocity stacks but I had 2 different air filters for it. One set up was a dual airbox for each carb & the other was a separate filter for each velocity stack.
