SES light came on while idle at stop light

It's a 2009 Toyota Corolla S 5speed. Well today my SES light came on while I was sitting at a stop light. Went back home and grabbed my scanner. Turns out system too lean and crankshaft position sensor. Now is this covered under my powertrain warranty? It only has 44k.

the crankshaft is an engine component, so it should be covered

Nope still under warranty. Still has two years left of warranty.
