so i was looking into buying one and went to newlevel motors but it says that it's only for manual?

I've never heard of a intake that only works for manual... There couldn't be a difference.

I wouldn't get it installed there if they don't even know what they're talking about.

The reason some websites dont offer the information on the fitment and use for the automatic is because INJEN did not test it on an automatic. I currently have the polished version on my corolla and it works just fine.
